My Acne Free in 3 Days Review – Unique Way to Cure Acne?

by removingacne on January 28, 2010

acnefreein3daysHi this is Ann again and I wanted to give you my personal review of another well known acne cure program called Acne Free In 3 Days.

This seems to be the only acne treatment that is not in form of pills or creams but actually is a guide that is supposed to let you get rid of acne in just 3 days. So, does Acne Free in 3 Days deliver what is promises and should you even bother considering it as a serious acne treatment system.

AcneFreein3Days was developed by a guy Chris Gibson who was a so to say chronic acne suferer who tried all possible acne medications to eliminate his nightmare on face. His scenario is pretty similar to mine, since the chemicals in drugs affected his health badly but only reduced the symptoms for some time. The system he created for acne removal is his own holistic findings that cured the root of acne and seem to protect the skin from this condition for good.

What I liked in acne free in 3 days :

It is a pretty well structured course that is easy to follow and you can actually apply it whatever busy lifestyle you have.

You don’t have to visit a doctor and consult with him before applying this program. The techniques Chris gives are absolutely harmless and 100% natural so you may never expect any sort of side effects or so.

With Acne free in 3 days there’s no need for you to buy some creams or pills – in fact, you can cure acne from the comfort of your home with minimum requirements. I liked the 3-day detox diet that really makes positive difference in both my health and skin condition.

I found Chris’s advices on removing acne scars very useful and I applied his scar removal tactics with very positive results. Worth mentioning this.

What I didn’t like in acne free in 3 days :

There’s actually a plethora of information about acne that I found a bit abundant. You know, when you suffer from acne, you don’t really need to know all that stuff since you need to get rid of acne, that’s it.

Chris puts much emphasis on detoxifying your body and suggests eating a lot of apples as a part of his diet plan. Yes, you really see clear skin in a week or so, you even start feeling great… but what if you get back to your old habits of eating junk food and having a lot of stress? Acne may return back no matter how you tried to eliminate it. Actually, it’s not that I’m blaming Acne Free in 3 Days, no. I’m just talking that there’s no guarantee of long lasting effect of this treatment in case you start doing old stuff that caused you acne.

My last point is that I didn’t became acne free in 3 days. It’s just a typical marketing, as well as free bonuses that Chris adds when you buy. I don’t really need weight loss guide or self improvement stuff. However I understand why Chris adds these bonuses – without changing your bad habits you may say hello to your excess weight and acne once again, no product is magic here, it’s up to you if you want to keep doing old bad stuff or become acne free.

Overall conclusion – is Acne Free in 3 Days worth trying?

It’s not an ideal solution for acne treatment, you won’t probably see results in 3 days already, but… Acne Free in 3 Days is indeed a complete easy to follow system that doesn’t require investments and visits to your doctor. It does work and I still use some eating advice from this system to keep my skin clear and nice looking, without any scars.

I’ve started seeing good results from this program in a week or so, but it was the cheapest investment I’ve ever made to get the really good guide that I can recommend you to try on your own.
